Just after New Year’s, in the charming ski town of Sun Valley, Idaho, Quentin had been spending the holidays with his family, and Macarena was in Sun Valley. Amidst a laid-back gathering of friends and skiers, Quentin and Macarena happened across one another....

In a burst of ambition, Quentin attempted an “asado”, despite never having stepped foot in Argentina. The result was a delightful escapade, igniting spirited discussions about the art of lingering over meals, ‘Sobre Mesa,’ as they call it in Argentina.
